I need help! Conection Problems..

Hello. Whenever i play bf2 online i go into a game and after about 5 minutes it gets out of the game and says Your connection to the server has been lost. Ive tried lots of servers and it happens for everyone of them..also my internet connection is fine..Any suggestions?

Update PB. Open the ports in your router. Disable your firewall, including the built in so-called Windows firewall.

I've been having the same problems all weekend... Load up and everything's fine, then connection lost a few mins. into the game.

Sorry bit new to all this..where would you go to disable your firewall?

i get this too and my girlfriend.. we both on network through a router...we can play about 3 or 4 rounds then it says error reading from server.. its been going on for months its driving us mad.. how do you update punkbuster? ..im running on a fresh install with latest patch with a newly formatted drive... edit i think mines fixed now.. i opened a few ports in my router..played a few rounds and no disconects.. YAY
