yes u can but effects to medium and geomerty and lighting on low (not off) and maybe more stuff

I have never personally had a x700, but the reviews of the x700pro on newegg said they could play on max -_-. Of course i dont know the rest of your specs but just fiddle around with it for a little bit.

U can try anything..but I doubt it will run BF2 on High...
Considering better GFX cards have issues...
