Strange online performance!

Hey there fellas. The other day I thought I had fixed lag forever when I played smooth on these 3 different servers and wrote down their name. However, sometimes I get good frames and sometimes bad frames on these servers. what the hell is going on now?

it all depends on your isp and ho many people are using it and wht location the server is .

I have regular cable internet(High Speed from Rogers), my punkbuster is up to date. Now what puzzles me is that if the performance was good on the same server before with the same settings and what not, shouldn't it be the same performance again?
