If you go to http://bf2tracker.com/bf2_searchplayer.php enter the exact name of the person you want to see, or use a asterisks (*) to use wild cards for their name, and it shows you stats and if / where they are playing.

I personally prefer using GameMonitor. It lets you search by anything at all, including prefixes that people may be using in game.

I search for my clan tag, and it'll show all the people in my clan (or anyone with the clan tag [including prefix]), and where they're playing.
