Problems connecting with server

I can't connect to any server online.

All servers are in Red and they mostly have 0 players! WTF?

Apperently there is a problem with my connection but as you can see my Internet is working.

Make sure that you have updated Punkbuster and have the latest patch installed. Mess around with the Server Selection buttons a bit. I am sure if you check :

Not Full
and nothing else, you can connect.
