New exploit/cheat on karkand

played on a only karkand server (ranked) and well , last round was somewhat ...

all the time we had admin , so all was more or less fine , then he left (europe here , so late ) and then it started , some guy was INSIDE the building where the first flag is, and others kept spawning near him. not only did they cap the flag nonstop , but also shooting people , w/o anyone seeing them. We tried to nade the living **** out of them with no success. One guy kept saying "were on the roof , were on the roof , were so 1337 , learn to play the game etc etc. But he was clearly lying , since we spawned every side + top with nades (you can lop nades easy from the one building next to it , so no chance) what was even "funnier". Remembers me of the Hangar Bug in bf42. Or some sorta noclip or whatever (but then again why did they only did that on one specific flag and not everywhere.

anyway , keep your eyes open for this.

oh btw , the one guy (i guess and am pretty sure he was the "initial guy" had some real wannabe look cool like a cheater name , something like "r4bb1t.fr0m.t3h.c0rn3r" something like that , maybe i find the one again. Ill rejoin , and hopefully i can make some screens to show (i was so angry i forgot lol, hope theyre still there.)

Unfortunately, this bug has existed since BF1942. Three games later... you think they would have fixed it by now. I used to say that this game didn't appear to have that problem as much as its predecessors, boy, was I wrong lol.

Meh, I donno... I think they've tightened it up quite a bit. I've only seen one person using clipping exploits so far.

Its possible to get inside the first flag's building, ive seen screenshots, its kind of easy too.

this is overview , check squad 4 (closed of course , and check their names lol)

1.



go up there (between first and second flag point) you should know :p

2.



its a bit tricky , you have to sprint and double jump (start sprint and jump then keep sprinting and jump at the very edge , then you hop over to the next roof)

jump like its shown. i wasnt able for the last one , looks like you need someone to crouch there.

i marked the window , as you see its open , and behind is space . Im not sure if its like a real house inside, with levels , or if the whole building is "empty". allthough i think so , cause when i watched them , i saw their names under the level of the flag.

final :

allthough it isnt a "cheat" or "hack" i still call it an exploit , altho ive to say , that whoever made that map , needs a serious punch in the face lol ...

hope dice changes that (and seriously , we were unable to kill them in there , i throw nades insides all of the open windows , nothing)

dude i have seen this before, just starting recently....he was correct though, he was on the top of the building, on the roof, not inside

it is also possible to get on top of the big hotel like building at the spawn in the posts above

So thats how the scumbag got 141 points on the karkand server I was just on...
getting killed from the inside the building somehow. Now I know how.

I wish i could get in, but i don't seem to have any one that will do it. None of my friends are on TS now either... I know grenades and medic bags don't go into that balcony with the window, but i guess players can.

Hmm..

Using C4 on a FF-off serve still does not allow you to replicate this. There seems to be an inivisble wall next to that balcony.

Has anyone managed to successfully pull this off?

I remember someone posted about getting killed near the flag, upagainst the wall, then he got revived and fell into the building, and could shoot people outside the building with screenshots.

I've also seen a APC fall through the concrete on Kubra dam where the transport helos spawns at the base of the dam, the apc driving, the blackhawk spawned the pushed the apc right through.

This type of thing was fixed later on in BF42 and is still only possible in 1 or 2 places. The worst ones were the plane hangars and on Berlin inside the building at the allied spawn. They limited the ways to get on the building by not making your fly into the air from explosives when FF was off. I don't know why in the world they would make it go back to how it was before they fixed it.

Seems like they took one step forward and two back.

you could back into the factory in DC's lost village map with a buggy.
