My nightvision hasn't worked from day one, I've asked people in the servers and they say theirs works fine, what the hell?

Are you using key (I think it's) 7 to turn it on and off? I don't actually have BF:SF yet so sorry if I'm no help..

yeah man i'm using 7 and it never has worked, i don't know what's up, but it puts me at a huge disadvantage on night levels.

How is it not working for you? Can you see other people? Are they just dark sillouettes? Maybe your video card is too old? Try new drivers. Just a guess.

I had the same thing but i looked in the controlls and the dumb ass button wasent set up in there ie weapon 7 was no assigned !

You probably have the 7 key remapped to a different one. Just go to game options and check control options, u'll figure it out.

yea, it might have been remapped. Also...there is a a special forces topic in these forums, might want to try there first

Also don't confuse your NUMPAD 7 key, that's the wrong one. It's the 7 just above your letter keys.

Thats not exactly true, i never use night vision (always makes me lag like hell) and yet i still seem to get in the top 5 or so people, i dont think not using night vision puts you at a big disadvantage

check if the number is assigned on your game control panel...

I dont use it even in dark levels....true it lags like sh!t.....

Whenevr i use Nightgoogles, it seems like its to hard for my pc, it doesnt run as smooth, anyone know why?

nope dont know why, i also get lag when there is tear gas and i put my mask on to go through it, and in this one temple complex and on the USS esex level

they run out of batterys so change them its been annoying when your nightvision cuts out cant get it on for a round
