in a couple of screen shots you can see the BlackHawk with missles, i have looked on everymap and i cant find them can someone please tell me where i can get them?

They took those missles out as EA thought it would be too powerful. Now all it can do is own the crap out of infantry.

We all agree and disagree at the same time. Missles on the BH would be amazing fun for the black halk pilot. That's where it goes wrong. If it's only fun for the black halk pilot, the game is un-balanced.

Blackhawk + missiles+ 2 gunner (as a medic) + 3 engineer in the rear+ pilot as the squard leader= invincible :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

The blackhawk would still be killed due to a lack of mobility but its got the air tank going on lol.

I'm glad they took the missle wracks off the standard Blackhawks. If they hadden't, you'd see people flying off solo and TKing for 'em like any other vehicle. As they are, they require teamwork to be effective and that scares off the tards.

I dunno gimpy, i been seeing more and more cases of people loading them up with c4 and flying them straight into the ground near that poor solo infantryman. along with all the people who hopped in for a ride..

Dice removed the missile racks on the 'hawk because they felt that air vehicles needed more teamwork to be effective, and thus we have the miniguns instead. I think we need the gun racks, but to only work with a partner, like in BFV with the minigun/grenade launcher combo for copilot.

Funny you should mention balance in the game. When it comes to the air war, it can only be balanced (very rarely) IF you're lucky enough to have a couple skilled pilots who are willing to do their jobs (NOT point whore)!

Have you NOT been the victim (countless times) of attack helo and jet whores who are able to stat pad (yeah..until AA is fixed, that's EXACTLY what it is) by repeatedly camping a base (usually a ship or other UCP).

It's a shame that the lack of a couple skilled pilots on your side to counter theirs can cost your entire team a severe beating! If you don't have a couple good pilots that can beat the noobs to the assets, you're screwed!

I think that until the AA is fixed (who knows when?), they should somehow neuter the attack helos and jets, or at least restrict the air space they can camp.

If you're a server admin and your server screen says NO UCP CAMPING/WHORING, ETC...then enforce it! It seems like some of these are the places where it happens the most. I can understand if the server says anything goes, that's a different story.

I remember being on the ship on Dalian Plant and complaining about repeated bombing runs on the ship. I got a couple angry responses, from my own team saying something like....man...that's Anubis (< I think that was the name)..he's a top player you NOOB! < WTF??? Who cares who it is, or how good he is?? It's still an exploit of the broken AA, stat padding AND a lame tactic!

That's all I know...sometime I'll tell ya how I really feel about it.:laugh:
