I want it mid-jan. WT and CAL matches will then be played the way they are supposed to be. All there is c4 chucking BS.

Less talented teams are actually able to stay in matches because all they do is throw c4, its ridiculous.

I'm guessing, when they have a new expansion pack and then they will make you upgrade or you can't play it so you won't have a choice.

Not that I'm defending EA or Dice, but wasn't SF an entirely different team all together? In fact I think it was Canadian. I'm far too lazy to look anything up.

And can anyone tell me why patches are so far apart? How hard is it to do?

The main thing that takes time in patching is the testing. After any tweak is done, it needs a full round of testing. This takes 2 to three weeks (ideally) per round! So if 3 additional bugs or problems with fixes are found in seperate testing phases, we're looking at a minimum of 6 weeks just in tests.

Consitering the track record of EA's QA, more testing is a good thing.

because they have to have some testing, or else they would rush them and make stupid decisions like taking away jump/shoot for exemple(wait a sec theres something wrong in this sentence?) of course that would never happen...

but really, i aggree with 3libras, why do they take so much time releasing things that only need a change in some lines of code?

maybe their week has 7 days weekend and 2 workdays :P
