If a vehicle is in the water and you damage it, all the damage it then takes from the water is assigned to you. This is really bad if it's two guys repair point padding in the water since you just take it forever. I hit -40 before I left.

I had something like this happen to me on Iron Gator. I was in the heli, owning :p, and there was a guy hiding behind the anti-air guns and I shot at him with the unguided rockets, I killed him but got 3 Team Vehicle Damages!!! Also on that round a friendly heli knocked into me and we both came out alive but I got 1 Team Vehicle Damage. But the worst was when the same guy flew straight on into me, obviously on purpose, and we crashed and he punished me for teamkill...

I tried to kill some stat padders with my helo since I'm a jerk but only damaged them because they were in the water. Afterwards, I got non-stop team vehicle damage despite being no where near them or still attacking. I assume that, had I not left, I'd have gone well below -40.
And by "left" I mean "got kicked for negative score."Comment

Sometimes I've been rammed into and the same thing happens, I get the - points. Sometimes when I'm flying a jet, the other pilots crashes into me, I get punished. Same thing with ramming sometimes, I ram a blackhawk on wake with my jet, apparently he killed me.Comment
