Ever since I installed 1.12 on my new computer, every time I quit bf2, it goes back to my desktop, I hear one or two of the error sounds (but I never get a message) and then my screen flashes with colors for a mili second and everything is back to normal. Only once have I seen the error message, and I forgot exactly what it said but it was something like "your sound is coming in too fast and cannot be used", something about my audio coming in too fast. And then of course my screen flashes with weird colors and it was all over. Anyone know what this problem is?

my sound card is my on board card. I have the albatron k8SLi mobo, and when I check in dxdiag my sound is labeled as NVIDIA Nforce Audio, and on newegg where I got my mobo the specs say the audio chipset is Realtek ALC655. This problem also occurs when I close the bf2 demo which I still have installed on my computer, so im not sure if its 1.12's problem.Comment

Unfortunately onboard sound cards are a real headache. They don't have the capacity to perform well in games as intense as BF2. What audio setting are you trying to run at?Comment

well, I run at high auio now, but I used to run at medium and I still had this problem. Im also not sure why the screen flashes with colors.Comment
