yeah i have seen the same thing, i blew it up and like 5 minutes later all 3 had magically repaired...

I've seen Arty hit a single person with just one Artillery Shell where the strike wasn't even near. It comes down and hits them like lightning - Actually quite funny.

I've seen this about 3 times in the past 2 weeks, most likely a glitch though.

I have seen this happen, but it happens under this circumstance only.

There is a crate close enough to repair the piece of equipment, although the crate is blown up with the distruction of the commander asset, there is a split second after the gun blows up and the crate blowing up, that allows the crate to repair the gun again back to operational.

Usually it is so damaged thought that a grenade or 2 will finish it off.

Positive. You'll see a single artillery shell shoot down from the sky and nail one person killing them when there isn't a single other arty fired anywhere.

Haven't seen it happen in about a week or so though.

No, he is right but he is not referring to the kind of thing you are seeing.
Arty and UAV/SAT will sometimes self heal to full stregth autonomously.
It is not a hack of any kind.

It was either in the first DiCE interview or reported on EA Uk forums that it was normal on certain maps for the commanders assets to self-repair after 6-8 minutes but if it happens seconds after being blown-up then it was a bug.

that wasn't the arty shell, its from a guided missile from a plane. or sometimes stray missed guided missile from the plane

Oh and I have seen them repair themself, although its not a hack because at the time nobody was in the server but me.
