New Map Crashes after 100%

Ive looked in this forums all over, but i have a different problem. Ive tried Creating a Local and it still doesnt work, then i tried creating a dedicated server and it stop at %30 so i dont know what the **** to do. My map should be coming out soon its called Aberdeen after the BF 1942 edition, all land vehicles and i'll have a movie coming out showing the map if i can play it. I still need to do a little work, and one other question since im new how do you put in roads?

found out why i set the Neutral flags to 3 and not 0 so it would always crash because there was not a cp
