Connection Error?

Hey guys, this is the problem. When I join a server online, after about 5 minutes or even when the server has finished loading I get a message saying "Your Connection To The Server Has Been Lost" and then it takes me back to the server list. Any help at all is great appreciated, thanks in advance.

do u live in england and have bt broadband b,cos if you do the networks keep going down.

Dammit, it isn't PB, I updated it and it still kicks me out.

EDIT-

It only started happening like an hour ago, it was fine before that. My internet is fine, just the game...

Do a google search for WinLauncher and load up BF2 with that. Set it to processor 1. This is a problem with dual core processors and when it's set to core 1 it solves the problem. You'll have to load BF2 up with that until EA release a patch for dual core support.

In addition to updating punkbuster, someone suggested the following:

And changing the PB access interval:

-join PB enabled online game
-access console (~)
-type 'pb_sleep 500', hit enter
-type 'pb_writecfg', hit enter
-voila

I did this last night but I haven't played enough to see if it works.
