OMFG JO IS TEH OWNAGE!!!!!!!!!! Now that thats over I do belive JO is better then battlefield 2. yes you should get JO.
heres whats so good with jo:
1. 150 players
2. no lag at all
3. 30 second load times
4. TONS OF vehicles
5. you can load jeeps into chinooks
6. 15 kilometer maps
7. missle really shoot things down.
8. you can pack 20 people in a helicoper
9. has littlebirds with mounted machine guns. YOu have not live till you have strafed a jungle where you know enemy are hiding.
10. For some reason teamwork in this game is awsome. I don't see squads sticking otgether. I see the WHOLE team sticking together. JO doesn't even do anything to encourage teamwork.
11. I have NEVER seen anyone whine about JO has they do bf2.
12. way better spawning system where you either wait in line or go to a less popular base
what bf2 has better:
1. commander system
2. graphics
3. you can sprint
4. has a single player

well i know there are mulltiple game types but the main one is AS. I don't know what it stands for but its like Unreal turnaments onsluagt where you have to caprture a base to get the next one. I will get some sceenshotsComment

SWG is worth the monthly fees. I mean, its an amazing game and its 15 dollars for a month. Besides that, its not like you HAVE to pay every month no matter what, you only pay when you wna to play. So you can pay for 15 dollars and play for a month. Then you can not play for a few months, then pay 15 dollars again for another month. And the actualy game is like free...so yeah.Comment

Lol! I was coming onto the forums to post about JO and I see someone already has.
Anyways, these are my thoughts.
1.)Graphics are awful.
2.)Weapon sounds are ALL the same. They make a... nothing to compare them to they are so crappy.
3.)Physics are horrible.
4.)It's one of those games where you run for 10 minutes only to be shot and killed, and have to wait 45-90 seconds to respawn.
I just re-installed it too, gave it break for 2 months and hoped it would get better somehow - but it didn't. I don't know, something about BF2 just ruins every other game.
5.) Oh, there are no planes either...
Usually I am not to picky with FPS games, but JO just doesn't cut it for me.
It is AAS. Stands for Advance and Secure. There are a few mods (PRMM comes to mind) that have it for BF2. It is kind of like conquest, except you have to take bases in order.Originally posted by starwarsfan11Comment

It was a fun game a few years back. I used to play it all the time, even got rid of bf vietnam after only having for a few weeks in favor of joint ops. Then the whiners started on novalogic's board and they nurfed the snipers. Made it alot easier for someone to see where the shot was coming from on their radar and screw with the scope zoom. I sold my copy after that.Comment

I only played the demo of JO, it was awful. The physics were totally LAME. The helos flew like they were on rails, so the servers were full of talentless newbz as they tought they didn't sux as bad. If you want some good teammates/opponents then play a game that requires skill, you then (most of the time) get proper gamerz.
BTW, it didnt lag tho', better than BF2 for netcode.Comment
