Looks like a memory hack, he can't be a stat padder because he's only played for 4 hours. It's not possible to earn that amount of points in 4 hours. Look at his medals, he would have gotten a revive badge or a knife badge or an ressuply badge.
This guys good at whatever hack he uses though, either that or he works at Dice.
My only guess is he played commander in a blackhawk, full of 6 and capped flagged for 4 hours but even still it doesn't make sense.
