hey guys i would like to ask the anti tank kit lovers and owners (lol) how do i kill a tanks from that bazooka or what ever it is that lounches rockets? is there any auto target or something like that cuz i havent kiled any yet so please tell me what should i do to kill a helicopter frpm the anti tank thing....
The RPG is not like the standard At weapon because it isn't guided. When you fire it it'll soon drop unlike the BF2 weapon which seems to fly forever :) Also you aren't able to guide it after firing anymore.
This is balanced by the fact that the tank or Heli doesn't get a warning that someone is about to fire at them and the reload time seems to be faster.
So depending on the distance between you and the tank you're going to have to aim a little higher to account for the drop.
A good way to kill a tank is to hit it in the front tracks or from the rear, which will take away half of its health. Any other place it will do about 25% damage.
A good site for tank hitpoints-http://www.secretsofbattlefield.com/hitpoints.php
Yeah...this might be good for me cause I never play antitank...at all. I played it to get my basic badge for bf2 and I'll probably do it again for the SF one then call it quits again.
Yeah go for the tracks on the back or front or just hit it from underneath or behind, the rpg isn't guided so you just have to aim it but beware, it drops fast so aim it higher than your target as its drop is quite unreaslisticly fast....
