For some reason i cannot hear other people talking in the squad, however, they can hear me. when i talk, the green speaker shows on the right of the screen, but when they talk, i don't see it. any ideas what could cause this?

Maybe THEY don't have their VOIP set up properly
VOIP messup is a common problem and I'm hoping for a fix in the next patch. -

I find the best thing is to just restart..Usually works after that..voip is pretty sketchy. I usually use Team Speak to talk to friends.Comment

well, i've tried restarting, which didn't work. also, the other people in the squad can hear each other, and me, i just can't hear them.Comment
