They will say F4 will be better cause it has a dynamic campaign and feels realistic compaired to LOMAC.

I still like LOMAC no doubt, and its a good learning school for the upcomming next generation flightsim FO.

LOMAC is a lot better imo, the training missions in F4 are really bad for a game with such a steep learning curve, but LOMAC tells and shows you how to do everything you need to do.

Just to point out, the red part highlighted is WRONG! %&("(=!&$ god! who told you that? a F4 fanboy? jesus christ, LOMAC flaming cliffs the Russian migs/SU's have 100% realistic flight dynamics compared to the real thing, the developers actually had their hands on each of those planes and plotted the correct information on the computers to the programmers can mimic the realism... just BUMP I almost spit out my drink reading your post.

Wow, there is some real hate going on in here about my favorite flight sim ever. I love Falcon 4, I love the combat, the flight physics, the avionics, everything. This is a game that I practically studied to learn the proper procedures and how to work all the avionics functions and radar systems and submodes.

I did not vote in the poll because I have not played LOMAC past a demo which includes no tutorial or documentation (not as far as I know anyway.) I can not fairly judge LOMAC against Falcon 4 but I will say several things. LOMAC is a "survey" sim, which means that it contains and simulates several aircraft. The fact that there are completely different and seperate aircraft with completely different functioning avionics and radar systems lets me logically assume that they will never be as close to the real thing as a game based entirely around one fighter jet. I cannot argue as to which game is the most accurate because I have never flown a high performance fighter jet, let alone an airplane.

Before I start any possible flame wars, I am not bashing LOMAC. For all I know it could be as detailed in the avionics and radar systems as Falcon 4. However I doubt that considering that the sim is based around 8(?) different aircraft rather than one. The only way for me to properly judge and compare the two sims is if I were to put as much time, effort, and will as I did into Falcon 4, which unfortunately will not be happening any time soon because of real life.

[Edit] I reread all your posts to be sure I got everything, but I have to say you come in here with the wrong attitude. You came in and said that LOMAC is better. When you have a discussion you say "Which do you think is better? I think this is better than that because of this and that." You do not start a discussion by saying, "This is much better than that because I say so, end of story. Now discuss my one sided beliefs."

A new flight sim? These games are practically extinct, and you're telling me I'm missing a new combat flight sim?

You seem pretty confident by the fidelity you provide us... KEKEKE ^.^

Looking at your sig makes me think that you like piloting in bf2 and you probably think its realisty too, but you are wrong BF2 jets are horrible, they are worse than flying elevators with guns.
