The rebel victory song is located in a zip called Common_client.zip

The directory to the zip is this: C:\Program Files\EA\Battlefield 2\mods\xpack

In the zip the file is in this directory: Sound\Menu\music

You will need to decode teh ogg file. However I think winamp supports it.

Or use Audacity to convert .ogg to mp3 and winamp does support it.
