Frozen FPS

Any game I join my fps always seems to freeze at 15.0/66.7, and this is causing my game to run like crap I have unistalled and reinstalled graphics drive, and that did not do anything, I have also unistalled and reinstalled battlefield 2

My Setup:

AMD Athlon 2800+ 2.08ghz
6600GT 128mb (over clocked) EDIT: I have tried to unistalled and reinstalled the drivers
1.5 gig of ram (patriot)
M7VIZ BIostar Motherboard
200 gig Seagate 8mb cache Harddrive

EDIT:I'm Running all medium 4xaa 1024 x768

all i can say is, turn down your AA. but other than that i cant help much.

Overclock huh, maybe you mess up your VGA doing it, that's why is dont that.

Yeah I get that too sometimes, and it's annoying as hell. Usually I just restart BF and it goes away.
