While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
if you get the basic pistol and vet at the same time long ago, and i wont basic again after patch, win it again and it will work, and look at my rank now, and didnt get FS before
I still can't get promoted so I emailed EA. Here's their response:

We want to let our players know that DICE is aware of the issue and may be addressing this in a future patch. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to award this rank but we are hoping that a retroactive fix in the future may correct this error in the ranking system. I’m afraid we have no ETA on this currently and apologize for the trouble.
