to uninstall your old drivers, go to control panel and then click add/remove programs. find either nvidia or ati display drivers, depending on what company made your card and then uninstall it. then download a program called "driver cleaner" and run it and tell it to finsh uninstalling. then you're done -

Not sure you OS version, you should be able to go to the control panel and select add/remove programs, select the [manufacturer] driver and delete the program. Restart your computer and the system will find your video card and you can let the OS find the driver (or better) you select the driver to install.
You may wan to think about deleting your cache in BF2 since the game may be loading with the old driver settings.
Not sure about the PSU, I RTFM, but would like to know if there is a quick way to check with a sys tool.Comment
