BF2 ****ed up again

Yesterday i was playing BF2 without a problem, today i start my PC and get the famous Splash Screen --> Black Screen --> Desktop bug again. I reinstalled the Patch but that didn''t help. So i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, same result.

Specs:

AMD Athlon 64 FX-57
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
Corsair XMS2048 TwinX
Asus 7800 GTX in SLI

Am i not allowed to play BF2 or something? This ****es me off big time, i almost want to uninstall this crap for good and sell the game.

If anyone knows a fix to this bug i would be very thankfull.

So what have you done between yesterday and today?

Start off by deleting your cache:
..\My Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\cache

If that doesn't work, then delete the entire directory:
..\My Documents\Battlefield 2

I think i found the problem...

-----> RefreshForce <-----

EDIT: Yup it was RefreshForce alright, i use RefreshLock now to set RefreshRate in games at 100 Hz.

Can't remember really :/ But i do remember i was screwing around with the refreshrates.
