  • Help on how to check if my mobo is PCI-E enabled?

Right I am thinking of upgrading my graphics card from a 9250 to an X800 256MB (Of course). And I have two choices a PCI-E and an AGP the only difference being that the PCI-E version is cheaper.

    So I have bought my computer recently, I have a P4 3.2Ghz.
My mother board model is SiS 661FX

So does anyone have any idea or a good site that tests if your mobo is PCI-E enabled without having to go inside the computer?

Your mobo (Sis 661fx) is AGP so if you want to get a PCI-e graphics card you also need a new mainboard and that might need a new CPU depending on the route you take. Theres still some good AGP cards around.
