Okay i just bought a nvidia PNY 6600 and i thought i would only be able tor un mediums etings, but to my surprise ig et maxed out everything haha the only problem i have is th huge loading time and strtup lag. i have an intel pentium 4 processor 3.0 gig and only 512 mb of ram... dual channel too which sucks, but i was wondering if more ram would fix me up? i know it probably will but what about cheap easy ram not that over proced crap at best buy... thnx Hcky88 would lowering the geometry settings help? btw what does the geometry do?

well indeed ram will fix that. ive got 1 gig of ram with a 9600xt and the loading times might be between 30 seconds to 60 seconds.Comment

Hmm you definately need more RAM. Recommend 2GB.
Staying at 512mb RAM is like having a Ferrari but only driving up to 20mph. You'll always wish you paid extra for more :)Comment
