Re: question about commanders
I question on whether or not all of the points count to wards your global score.
As an example we will use
Sgt_MaxPower stats on bf2s.com http://bf2s.com/player/44925574/
When I checked, he has the following
Global 222,585
Team 43,186
Combat 134,278
Commander 110,269
Global score should be 287,773. It seems he is missing 45,121 points. He has an overall Win to Loss ratio of 1.81 so seeing that he plays commander a bit, he probably wins a decent amount of time. It would seem to me that the commander points your earn before the doubling if you win only counts to your global score.
Any negative points should be deducted off your Team score. This is the only variable I can think of...

Re: question about commanders
You do get the points stated at the end of the round added to your global score. AFAIK, the commander score is not the same as the points you earn at the end of a round when you were commander, it is the actual commander points you earn during the round. The points you get at the end of the round is an average of your team's score, that's why there is a discrepancy.
