Tried to uninstall everything, delete all remaining files and reinstall it all yet? Since that will fix this issue. One of your files is just corrupt, which can happen if a system crashes when you are playiong the game.

I get that msg on some servers too, even after reinstalling the game 7th time due to the corrupt patch... It's not a big problem, after restarting your computer there is a chance you'll be able to join those servers anyway.
