Selling my BF2 with the ranks I earned is this legal?

If I sell my BF2 on ebay can I state in the auction that they can use my online account that I have used to get to a Sargeant Rank (3 Unlocks) or should I just let them start from scratch? Im not playin it anymore.

Hahaha very funny...hey its better that starting at private aint it? I heard someone sold there bf2 on ebay and they shut it down but im not sure...I just dont have time to play anymore....P.S. I bet nobody even has 3 unlocks like me yet. Im the leetest :laugh:
