No Seriously, people can then submit every hash they want without any form of prove. Personally I rather go with an official PB Banlist since you will only get on there if you get truly caught cheating.

Man I used to play COD. Love the game, but the cheating was so rampant, I quit. Im a pretty good player, but when somone is running straight at you and you unload a full mag at him and dont even slow him down.!!! Ive seen it in BF2. I came up behind this guy and unloaded a full mag into his head and back, he just turned and very calmly wasted me. I know a lot of you say you dont care about it, but really, they dont even try to hide it anynoree. Doesnt take a genius to realize.

It may have happened for a number of various reasons, but cheat/hack it was not.
