Help beginner with Flying tips... please!!

Hey,

Im new to BF2 and the problem i'm mainly having now is learning to fly the jets and combaty helictopers (normal helis i fly fine).

Well, with the Jets I take off and zooming around REALLY fast! Time i relise i need to find an enemy tank to bomb im on the other side of the map... is there a way of slowing the jet down to find targets a lil easier wthout descending to a crash?
Also - If i do manage to find a target i select bombs, see little green ring around the target and press LMB to release the bomb; but 90% of the time i can never pull my nose up in time and crash.. any help?



Ok, now the combat Helis. My main question with these is:
Im flying around and i see a dude i wonna blow up... so i point my nose down to get the circle (targeter, cursor ect) over the enemy, blast all my rockets! Then i find my nose is so far tilted i end up flying full speed towards to the floor, lol. How do pro helicopter flyers hover or fly by attacks without pummeling into the ground. I tried pulling up but can never do it in time.

helicopters : take ur time if u have a gunner he will help u out but jst prees s 2 hover dwn and keep ur mouse still... i have hoverd for ages without touching my mouse or keyboard .... and for the pilot jst fly low listen out for ur soldiers calling that there is a tank inbound and then look on ur mini map and there u go .
for aiming when u see the green circle that is not the aiming tool its the green line u want .. u want it 2 be straight with teh target ahead of you and release them bombs before u fly over DO NOT release as u fly over because they will miss unless u hit some stray infranty if u want 2 learn more come 2 my clan server 70.86.74.221 :16567 i am almost on all the time if not jst see anohter clanny because they will now a bit or 2 on flying kk hope this helps u out

make sure to read the TIPs forum. its a sub section of this forum.

for jets.. flying anything else but full speed is a sure way to get killed by aa or other jets. just practice more. also always fly with bombing mode on so you can see everything thats happening on the ground and plan your attacks. use missle mode only to finish off a hurt plane.

for helo's when you nose down to attack reduce your throttle so your in a controlled decent and aim just before the target. throttle is the key to helo attack.
