Well IMO it is. I'm looking at some of the weapons right and I notice that they don't have the requirments to get them. I'm like wtf. Anyways, I need requirments for the G36c.

And yes i did search it but nothing came up!

..................You need to be promoted to a new rank...

When you move up a rank, you get an unlock. An unlock is good for ONE new weapon of your choice. Your choice, apparently, is the G36C.

So basically, take your current GLOBAL score, then check out the rank requirements on BF2s.com or UBAR, then work towards that score.

Wait now my bar is full meaning that I should move up to the next rank but I'm still on my old rank. What should I do.

keep playing on ranked servers and you will be promoted.
