Is it just mean or are people starting to enjoy toying with the enemy?

It's really getting annoying...recently it seems like I've been killed countless times a fraction of a second before I can get a nuetralize/capture point. Either that, or the enemy steps into the radius at that time.

It's really not helping you're team...I mean the more a flag gets captured (whether it ever turns nuetral or not) the worse it is for your team. Guess these people just have a sick sense of humor.

seems to happen to me pretty often too. Im getting all excited cause the flag is almost up, then whamm!!!! Im dead. BASTARDS!!!! :)

Its all good though, I like messing with the enemy with my shock paddles. I think its the best way to frustrate an opponent. I get lots of rude comments when I kill with the paddles

This is what happens in Kharkand at the Hotel Spawn. Mec wonders why US is still winning even though they have all the flags. Its because the USMC is spawn killing, as commander and infantry I've seen them quite capable to cap the spawn but they're more intrested in killing the guy that spawns to defend his flag. Nothing new.

I always enjoy turning a corner in the tank to see an enemy in the middle of the street with a "deer in the headlights" reaction. They stand still, I sit still. They move a bit to the left. My turret moves a bit to the left. They run. I run them over.

Sometimes if it's a wide open area, I will plug a few into the ground around them to keep their ears ringing until I finally shoot them.

I have been known to let them go. Sometimes it's just no fun if they can't put up a fight.

That's funny Lol. I've done that before myself, really funny stuff. But just like you, i've also let them go before...I feel bad sometimes because they are like a medic or something that can do absolutely nothing against me, so I just let them go or something. Or when a person spawns right in front of my 120mm cannon...it's like come on... really should have programed it so you dont spawn right next to an enemy tank.

If you put it that way, yeah it funny, I always toy with snipers when I get the chance, I sneak up and say enemy sniper spotted, for a while behind him, instead of knifing him, I push him off the building and plop, he dies. Makes me feel so good inside. But I do like the occasional knife, sometimes, if I know he's up there, I'll become a sniper myself, sit next to him, chuck a claymore and run.

1 C4 in a blackhawk, wait till its fully loaded, detonate it. You kill all the passengers but the chopper is still flying

I love it when you come across an enemy stuck in some water... i sit at the edge and tease them, maybe throw them some ammo and health packs. It is funny when they either give up and just sit there, or try to backstoke away...

Hmm... I have mocked a mec apc while I was behind a simple chain link fence and he couldn't get me.

Also, I was a medic and let a sniper shoot at me like a moving target. I healed and hopped around. Eventually he ran out of bullet clips and I finished him off.

I often take the time to pull out my knife when I see someones backside. The problem with BF2 is that even when you are lying down in a building with concrete floors and some enemy is running around you with his big military boots, you simply don't hear a thing.. This bugged me to no end in BF1942 and it hasn't gotten much better in BF2.

You can probably hear them if it's totally silent around you (not bloody likely in this game) but most of the time it's like total stealth mode. Pair that with your lousy view angle and you got a recepy for taking a knife in the back.

That story about pushing people off the edge got me laughing though. :laugh: I can just see the poor guy fumbling for his parachute key in total panic.

I am not a big fan of intentionally trying to mess with people, but from time to time, I will. I normally like to keep them guessing where I am when capturing a flag and they wonder why the flag isn't moving.

If I am a medic and I kill some one who was being a jerk, when he calls for a medic, I throw down a med pack on his body. One time my buddy and I threw 6 of them on one guy.
