    WHY ? PPL who have gf4xxx ti

    WHY ? PPL who have gf4xxx ti can`t play BF2 ? that card better than gf 5200 , but on 5200 can play.. :/ i whant know there is chanse ever get patch which will alows play with this sieries card ?:evil:

    The Geforce 4 series does have the required shader model and pixel shading chipset instructions for BF2 to run.

    The FX5200 may indeed be slower but the chipset technology is newer.

      just buy a new one, its not expensive to buy a low-level card that runs it.

      Its not the power of the card, its the chipset support.

        but how about official patch - fix that problem ... :/ there is one patch which alllow play with that cards but grafics realy sucks :/ :hmm:

          You just can't play without pixel shading, you need a new card, just get a ATi X300 like me, it costs $30 and it runs fine on medium if you have 1 gig of RAM or more

              Yes, shame on DICE for wanting to use more current technology instead of rehashing a 5 year old quake 3 engine...

              Sorry people but this is a fact of todays PC gaming, the technology is constantly moving, no one said it was going to be cheap.
