BF2-SF Doesn't work on my PC?? WHY?!!

Ok, I've spent about a day trying to sort this out.
I'll start from the beginning....

I go to EA.com, I purchase BF2-SF online. Once it has downloaded I install it. Before it finishes installing, it says that the Object_client.zip hasnt transfered or something. I keep saying Retry, but it repeats the loop and never works. SO i decide to let it slip. Once SF is installed I then install the Patch. The Patch installs fine. I run BF2-SF on a singleplayer map. and whilst it's loading, at 46%-47% It bombs out. Obviously it is something to do with the Object_client.zip Can anyone please help me??? Also 47% is the start of Geomatries.

ea support , you need to doznload again probably.

And please, why downloading this game when therer are sow many reports of problemw with it ?? just buy it in the store man

EA downloader sux -.- btw the file you are missing is 276MB big so I wont email it, sorry m8...

I get the same message aswell. MD5Error - and I havn't installed the game yet! I got the DVD version, and am about to go loco if I can't resolve this!!!!!! Any suggestions anyone? Please?!?
