commander question

I tried commander today and did it 2x, my team won both times and i recieved a score of 40+ both times. My question is, is it the final score that gives you the basic commander badge or is it the score you get in the game.

My second question is, what gives you commander points in the game, cause i gain points for something as commander, just dont know what

Ya art the enemy and drop supplies to your guys..

Final score I believe since that is the final score hence final points for the round....Zzzzzzzzzzzz sorry passed out there :)

im fairly sure that i got 40+ at the end of the round and yet i didnt get my badge, ill try again

Well as we all know for one BF2 is buggy at times as are servers and they don't register all the awards we get. I lost both my heli and air ribbons when last update came out so I had to get them back again. (still need to get air been playing too much sf)

To get your commander badge you must meet the req's before the x2, and you get the average of your team's score. Dropping arty, supplies, and UAVs does nothing for your points.

BS I got points for dropping **** idk maybe after update they changed it.. I know i use too anyways! I don't play much cmdr!

The only way you would get pts for arty kills was if you used the exploit. and since the patch they fixed that.

No wasn't an exploit I clearly remember dropping supplies to my guys when I ran a pistol only b4 all the drama (yes way way back) and I got points. Oh well who cares really.. Just keep playing as CMDR "CNN" and you will get it. All things come to those who wait. Thanx for your 2 cents Ven.. heres ya change back you can keep the penny!

the modern commander (meaning with the latest patch) only gets points, from what I have noticed, when your team is out there caputing points. Uav's and art strikes used to give you points, sadly not anymore (least I beleive they used to( You will receive one point per capture every time a teammate captures a point. To get the command badge, you have to get the points ingame, not after the 2x.

Supply drop's eg. repairing, resupply, heal, so drop them in safe places.

Don't forget supply drops take damage.
