Cannot copy XP files during format ! help!

Im reformating my other pc and during the files copying of XP setup

it appears a message every 5 secs. :

Setup cannot copy the file : cyycoins.chm

- to retry press ENTER

- to skip press ESC. Caution : If you skip, XP may not work properly.

- to exit, press F3.

I press retry but I doesnt work, so I skip but after that a bunch of file cannot be copied : cyzcoins.chm / dmutil.dll / driver.cab / etc...

wth is happening, my xp cd is alright I dont know why it happens it's the first time.

plz help, it's getting annoying

Did you try starting it up? Pressing ESC?

tried everything , but nothing work

now im just stuck with a XP cd and I cannot access windows cause it keeps saying :

"\windows\system32\config\system....missing or corrupt! You can attempt to repair it by inserting your XP cd...."

So the only way is to reformat but many files cannot be copied during setup so It' ****ing me off
