    "The Server Has Refused The Connection"...

    Every time i try to log in, it just says "The Server Has Refused The Connection" after about like 15 seconds. I tried a fresh re-install, updated it with the patch (1.12), and updated punkbuster and it still won't work
    ANY ANSWERS?


    MY AWESOME COMPUTER SPECS:
    AMD 2100+
    ATI Radeon 9600 XT
    1.5 GB of RAM (PC3200)
    80 GB HDD

          Firewall? Router? Sounds like a router issue.
