Never paid attention to it really. I guess you would. Have to try that one out with a friend on an empty server. Should be easy to get the answer

All i know is some servers show u red thats why i got banned and it didnt even say TK just banned me for killing my guys yet they where red and it did say i killed the enemy! Unless the admin hated me owning all his freakin people! :|

Are you guys new? When you pick up a weapon, that's the only thing that changes. More so, say you start out as US support (Black guy). If you pick up an Spec ops kit, you will still be that same black guy, just specops. Thats what I've learned from trying it out with some guys.

i steal allot of people their weapon and i never get tkd or something so i dont think so..

Yes this happend to me to. The tags turned red and they didnt showed on the map. So i shoot them, but got tk. I said i was sorry and they looked like the enemy but it didnt helped............

Yep. In DC it was like this:
If you were iraqi and you picked up a us weapon you had their helmet on too.

Now, if i am an american assault (black) and pick up an MEC engineer kit i only have his weapon but i got the US engineer boonie hat.

You are disguised a little yes, can be helpful sometimes.
I can remember in DC too where I would pick up enemy kits and have people hesitate to shoot me after doing so.

If play ie medic and you pick up a sniperkit, you will kinda be disguised. :)
