SF Air Ribbon

I notice that one of the ribbons one can get is the air service ribbon, requiring a certain amount of time in an airplane. But, where are the airplanes in SF? Is this something to be released later?

This ribbon is unobtainable at present, Dice will probably add maps that contain planes for SF at a later date.
