If that was the case then Knife only servers would not be a problem. Anytime you do anything that gets you a badge/ribbon/kills etc that is not the intended way to do it, eg parking a vodnik in the water and jumping in the back and repairing it until you get expert repair would definitely be regarded as stat padding.

So I would certainly class using the zipline in such a way as stat padding.
