Cant Create Alternate OnLine Account???

HI

Trying to create another account.
When I create the account (Account name, e-mail, password) all seems fine.
When I go to sign on, the only option is "off line."

Cant seem to get on line status like I have for my other screen name.

Any help??

You must not have clicked the 'online' option when creating it.
