I get kicked by the punkbuster everytime i join a server and it says this is the reason

please help

Re-install punkbuster, but make sure your logged in as an administrator when you install it.

If you are running as Administrator and still get the error, it could be because of adware changing your permissions, take a look at the faq for bf2 at Evenbalance:

Well...are you running an Admin account on your computer or not?

If not, the quick fix may be to:
-right click the BF2 icon on the desktop
-select 'Run As'
-select 'The Following User...'
-type in the your computer's administrator username and password into the boxes provided

If you ARE the system admin, then disable your anti-spyware, anti-virus, and firewall applications before running BF2.
