    the prone jump

I played with a guy last night that automatically went to prone everytime we confronted each other. No big deal thats what I do , I always fight from the prone. He was also a bunny hopper along with the other tactic. Yes thats what I mean he could hop from the prone. His whole boddy would hop up while staying in the prone position quite effective but how the hell did he do it. Superman maybe i dont know I tried it I go from prone to standing if I hit jump when in prone. Maybe some of you know .

no worries mate this wont be possible in next patch so no need for practising this
same goes for throwing c4 while jumping which will also be removed.

No. Hes not jumping while he is prone. Thats impossible but it looks like he is prone because of server latency, ping, etc. But he isnt prone, he stands up and goes prone after he pressed the jump button very quick so this only looks like he is prone.. w/e

Can't jump and throw C4. There goes any advantage the Spec Ops guys had when facing tanks and apcs. Dice just keeps screwing this game up more and more. What's the next game coming out? Time to move on.

I don't really think its lag, I was playing on a server with 10 ping and a high fps. . .

                  You're complaining about this?!

When someone's prone hopping, they're completely exposing their heads to you. Head shots with ANYTHING (well, not wrenches...) do insane amounts of damage. Hell, pull out your pistol and fire a few. Hit him twice and he's down.

Either way, he won't be able to do it after next patch, if it was correctly fixed up.

It's too bad that latency and hitbox issues make it really hard to do - aiming at where the head appears to be won't net a headshot.

I didnt say lag, i said latency. And the animations arent played correctly.
Anyways, hes not prone while jumping.

And yet another problem with the poorly thought out solution to the whining. Now a couple APCs and tank can feel free to rape spawns, and basically just discimate infantry while sitting next to a couple supply crates. As we all know AT doesn't do much of sh!t against that, especially if they are all mechanics. Now you can get in an alley or roof next to them and throw it on them and BOOM!!!, but if you have to sneak up to them (have done this a few times, but still) you're almost garanteed to lose that bet, especially if the hit "C" so they can see you. Oh well, I guess it's time to get out fo the alleys and go take some flags huh?

As with the grenades, it's timing. Grenades have two throw option left click just kinda lobs it, right click>hold-release right mouse button to throw further. Right click>hold mouse button, run, jump, at peak of jump-release throw far good distance.

I like the prone jump. Very useful. But Ive never used it in combat.
