I dont know if this has been posted before, it probably has. But i was in a server about 2 days ago, and i came across sombody on the oposite team with a blue that above their head. He was deffinatly not on my team, as he was MEC (i was USMC). I managed to kill him, just to make sure he wasnt my team, i tried to revive him, no response. Is this a known glitch? Here is a screen shot of him after he respawned

It's a very well know glitch from that dates back to the demo. There is no mention of a fix yet. -

BTW, it's commonely called the "red tag" bug. What you saw was the reverse of that. Give it a search.Comment

I encountered the "red tag" glitch hardcore while playing Dcon's ctf mod. It was on the TnT server I think. Whenever this person would come into my view he show as on my team. What interested me was the fact he showed as in my squad!
After he would leave my view he would be back on the other team. Kicking him out of the squad while in view did nothing. After awhile he "switched" squads. The next round (new map) he was normal again.

Red/blue bug. Happens everynow and then, its not common but its a known bug.
No exact reason has been found to why it happens but most of the time it is known to occur when they switch teams.Comment
