OK...so I typically only play on my Clans server (ranked) and my stats have not updated since the 16th. I have gotten teh veteran Assault badge...and numerous points since then.

But I am the only one having this issue. What is the best way for me to contact EA to see what the deal is?

Try creating a new account and playing on a ranked server and see if your new account does not accrue stats either.

If so, then make sure any and all firewall software is turned off.
