Animated avatars

ive noticed some ppl have animated avatars but whenever i try it says im not allowed can a moderator give me permisson or something

So long as they are .gif and are under the requirements, there shouldn't be an issue.

Otherwise, I thought all you had to do was upload your animated .gif file and you're good to go.

Oh...maybe DP means that Sir Decripfy may have animated GIFs disabled at HIS end.

Soo..if he has ZoneAlarm or something similar running, animated GIFs may not show up as animated for him.
