I just want people to forget that they can punish tk's at all.

Nothing is more infuriating than working your arse off to build up a reasonable score, then having it slowly stripped away if you make the mistake of not ceasing fire when some clown runs in front of you, whilst you're trying to kill the enemy that they've just completely ignored.

People, the punishing system is for DELIBERATE teamkills. It's not there for revenge.

There's a huge amount of people who don't celebrate christmas so I wouldn't be surprised if there will still be a lot of people playing. There would be much less people playing on new years eve, that's for sure.

Nope ^^, because there is always someone who thinks BF2 is a good idea to play on christmas instead of hanging with your family (maybe those who have no family), because the true santa comes not from your chimney, he comes with the tank.

I'm getting Black and White 2 and Civilization 4. Just installed my SATA 250GB hard drive. Working like a charm so far, so now the games I have on the way will have somewhere to be installed. :p

I think you will maybe not throughout the day but think about it. You eat your xmas lunch maybe have a sleep cos of the booze then what do you do? Watch a Bond film or other similar xmas TV.

So i;d imagine at that time of day lots of people will be playing. Personally i won't be online because ill be at my dads which means no computer/internet acess. :)

You don't lose points for being punished. You lose points for TKing.

Punished or not, you are going to lose the points anyway.

Punishing is only put in place to have people kicked from the server. If you aren't getting kicked from servers very often for TKing, then you don't really have much to complain about.

I am with this guy, I think a lot of people will be getting this game for Christmas. And by people I mean children, get ready for the asshat parade to begin in full effect. You thought there were too many little 14-15 year old punks on servers already, just wait!
As a side note, almost every server I have joined in the last 2 days has at least one user who calls everyone "n*gger" for no apparant reason.
