Man..I'm an idiot..I had you check the WRONG box..sorry bud.

Under the PREFERENCES tab, check the 'Use axes other than X and Y' box.

THAT will open up TONS of axes.

Axis3(<0) = Right Thumbstick right
Axis3(>0) = Right Thumbstick left
Axis6(<0) = Right Thumbstick up
Axis6(>0) = Right Thumbstick down

just out of PURE curiosity. like the other guy said, how much more of a disadvantage could you possibly be in playing with a controller? how much more precision are you going to get with a controller which you have to nudge by the tiniest picometer to get your perfect shot. in my honest opinion, if you're playing bf2 with a controller... shouldn't you honestly be playing a more simplistic game like.. HALO?

i've got nothing against this guy and his controller.. but jimmy.. you're going to be at a real serious disadvantage playing with a controller and bf2 will not compensate for a controller's poor precision.

but besides that... good job technical support. sure know how to help a fella.

The PS and XBOX controllers are so well designed that they are GREAT for sports games and platformers on your PC (e.g. Ultimate Spider-Man)

yeah personally i liked spider-man 2 more than ultimate spider-man. sure the comical graphics are pretty cool but horrible gameplay. That's what counts.
