[HELP] infantry dive and roll ?

i've seen players go from a full sprint to prone position and immediately roll left or right. It also seems that when they're rolling they're weapons do about 700% more damage. HOW DO YOU PULL OFF THIS MANEUVER?

it is and animation only, it not a move, if you go sideways i believe and go prone it is done, i believe.
